lion brand yarn, alpaca yarn knitting
It has arrived I am looking forward to commencing knitting the Hoodie in the next couple of weeks. Its hard when I am working full time and trying to keep my passion for knitting continuing. I relax each evening with knitting a project. The current big project I have going is a rug for my son done in boy rainbow colours. Once it is completed I will post a picture onto the blog.
I have decided to make the Saturday Morning Hoodie in a large size and black in colour. The yarn looks good and will definetely keep some one warm and comfortable.
Still knitting arm warmers and fingerless gloves for sale. I appreciate all my customers to my etsy and ebay shops and look forward to making more items in the coming months.
The small project I have running at the moment is a dark grey alpaca scarve. I have about a third made and it is reversible. I will advertise it on my etsy site in a couple of months. It is the same colour as the grey arm warmers and a similar pattern so will match.
Thank you for taking the time to read this post.

Saturday Morning Hoodie lion brand yarn
Hello all,
I am taking up the challenge of knitting the Saturday Morning Hoodie with Lion brand yarn. Have ordered the yarn today and look forward to receiving in the next 3 weeks. I have decided to make this hoodie in black so it is versatile to go with all outfits on a cool day.
Will be making it in a woman’s size and look forward to the challenge of making a larger garment as I have been concentrating on smaller fingerless gloves for the last 4 years. The only exceptions have been making rugs for an Australian charity and I make 2 a year or a jumper and a rug.
Included below is a photo courtesy of lion brand yarn of the Saturday Morning Hoodie .
Will post once again once the yarn has arrived and I have commenced making the hoodie.

Good news for me my international order of yarn is on its way from US. Looking forward to receiving so I can start making the Hoodie. Will be back once again to post when the yarn arrives in Tasmania Australia

Vowsalees Fashions will be back within the week
Hi all,
Have been busy knitting with beautiful warm alpaca yarn for Australian Ebay customers. My ebay and etsy shops are still available online. Due to a glitch in the system www.vowsaleesfashions.com is offline. This should be fixed within the week.
Vowsalees Fashions will be accessible at www.vowsaleesfashions.com.au within the next week. My apologies to anyone trying to access in the last few days. The company that hosts my shop sent an email to state that it would renew automatically. Unfortunately this has not been the case. I have my IT person presently sorting the issue.
Fall 2010 will see some new additions to my etsy shop as I am in the process of making multicoloured arm warmers from alpaca yarn. Once I have completed a couple of pairs and have photographs in the next 1-2 months they will be up loaded to the blog and vowsalee1.etsy.com for sale.
Please let me know what colours in fingerless long arm warmers would interest you and I will try and make up some pairs for sale.
Thanks for stopping by and taking time to read this blog. regards Vowsalee

Gorgeous Alpaca Arm Warmers Fall Fashion Gloves
Hi all,
I have been busy creating new arm warmers from alpaca yarn for the fall season of 2009. I hand knit all my arm warmers so there is a limited supply available world wide.
Please view the photographs below and if you are interested in any of them then they are currently advertised at www.vowsalee1.etsy.com.
I am running a sale from the 25-30th of September with 10% of purchase price refunded to customer.
Making luxury fashion gloves is my passion and I can custom make with a covered thumb or longer/shorter length on request.
Luxury yarn which is light weight, warm, soft and snug. One size fits most adults hands and arms.
40-45cm 15-17 inches long depending on style from base of fingers to just above elbow.
Dear all,
Today I was looking through some images of arm warmers and other business’s and people selling them only to find that one of my favourite arm warmer photographs as pictured here has been taken and used by another person/business.
These arm warmers as pictured here have been hand made by me using 100% pure wool (Sheep). The online store I found selling them with this picture states that they are made from alpaca. I would know this photograph anywhere as it is my hands, my ring and my personal hand knit. If you see these advertised anywhere but Vowsalees Fashions, vowsalee1 on etsy.com or Vowsalees Fashions Winter Gloves on Ebay then someone has taken my image without consent to use on their website. I would appreciate knowing if this image is found elsewhere. I had this professionally taken. All arm warmers, wrist warmers, gloves, fingerless gloves or other photographs on my sites have all been taken by my personal photographer and may not be used on other internet sites. I have all these photographs on file and can identify the date, time and place taken.
Thank you for taking the time to read this blog. Any further suggestions on protecting my photographs or how to make others remove them from there internet sites would be appreciated.
regards Vowsalee
